Services. Gian's Gardening Services provides Garden Maintenance, Yard Maintenance, Garden Center, Grounds Maintenance, Lawn Mowing Service, Hedge Trimming, Landscape Maintenence and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://giansgardeningservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gian's Gardening Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Gian's Gardening Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer. Gian's Gardening Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Gian's Gardening Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Gian's Gardening Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
